Welcome everyone to the first segment of Sage's Analysis of the World. To start off i'll be talking about Cardi B and her scandal involving drugging and robbing men several years ago.
Cardi has admitted on a live stream that she did drug and rob men. I'm astounded that this hasn't actually gained legal attention. As Tonya Tko said this could be all talk, she could be making this up. As a victim has come forward i'm less inclined to believe this possiblity.
The victim has said he will not be pressing charges because he just wants to move on. As far as I know he is the only victim to come forward. From personal experence dealing with the legal system is a lot especally under these sort of circumstances. I see why he wouldn't want to press charges.
Cardi B said that she did this to survive but then said it was to get studio time. Studio time is launching a dream, not basic survival. Even if she did this for her basic survival drugging people is still not okay, there are ways to live without robbing, there are resources to help people get food and shelter. As Honest mentioned, this gives people who work extremely hard to achive their dreams regardless of their upbringing a bad name.
I hope more victims start to come forward and some of them do decide to press charges. I think these men deserve justice. I think people shouldn't be writing off this event so soon.
