denial- they couldn't have left, they wouldn't leave me! they love me, they told me they wouldn't leave me!
anger- why did they have to leave? i want nothing to do with them, screw them all!
bargaining- please come back, i'll be better, i'll do better, i'll change myself for you i promise just please come back!
depression- there's no point if they're not here. i don't wanna do this anymore. we used to do this thing too. they used to say that.
acceptance- i don't need them, my happiness is not anyone else's responsibility, i am enough. no one should be my soul reason to keep living.
