I woke up to see Toby gone I get up and rub my eyes. The sun beaming through the window gave warmth but it wasn't the warmth Toby gave. I stood up almost tumbling over a year ago today I lost my little girl sky. Toby's been distancing himself from me and Grey leaving early and getting home late. I had the strength to put on clothes a grabbed my hatchet and staff and headed out. As I walked into the office of slender I set my hatchet down. "Yes freckles" he said sitting in his chair emotionless "I want a mission" "freckles but your dau-" "I know that was year ago I want a mission" "ok fine" he handed me a packet of papers if people I nodded and head back to my room. I flipped through the people little girls and woman to men I smiled and folded the packet and put it in waistline of my shorts. I gathered all my items I sharpened my jacket and my little gold knife I polished my staff getting old rusted blood off it I stood looking at my mouth piece and googles I picked up the mouth piece and examined it see how it changed from a cut out of a old t shirt to a metal and cloth cover. I clipped it on and put my googles on my head I put my knife in my holder for it and put my hatchet in its hostler on my back. I opened my door to see masky and hoodie walking down the hallway hoodie look at me and smiled they both had their masks off. Masky looked at me and smiled and waved I gave a faint wave back and headed down the stairs. As I got to the bottom I saw Jeff fly from the kitchen to the dining room. I looked over to see ej sipping his coffee my standing in confusion he said "he tried to take my stuff" "what stuff" "hurricane" I laughed and opened the front door the smell of fresh spring made me smile I walked out and closed the door I took out the papers the first person was a girl from Colorado and of course Denver I looked at the address South Lincoln Dr 10512 Tobys house and with this info I made my way to Colorado.
I'm sorry for not updating in a very long time I've been so busy with school trying hard to pass so I can move on but enjoy this chapter
