Study Buddies

I've never studied this hard in my whole life.

I sigh as I lean back in my chair.

This is so boring

Three hours passed and I'm still reading about ancient history.

Now I'm reading about science stuff. Or is it chemistry? Wait, are science and chemistry the same thing? I don't even know.

I'm sitting at my desk now trying to figure out a math problem. Then my phone starts to ring. I look at the caller ID and I immediately pick up.

"Jungkookie!"

"OH MY SWEET LITTLE TAETAE!!! I MISS YOU SO MUCH!!!!"

"Haha, I've only been gone for about a week now."

"THATS TOO LONG!!!!"

"Anyways, I just wanted to tell you that I've settled in."

"Do you have new friends?"

"Yeah actually, only one. His name is Minjae. He helped me out on the bus. Turns out he was going to the same schools as me! He is really nice. Oh and, he is also Korean!"

"Oh," I have to admit I was kinda jealous," Is he hotter than me?"
I asked jokingly.

"Hmmm, what if I said yes?"

"You would be lying because nobody is hotter than me!"

"Pft. Your so arrogant!"

"But you like it!"

"Fine you win. Hey um, I gotta go. Talk to you tomorrow! I love you."

"I love you too."

We ended the call. It felt so nice to hear his voice. I thought of what he said about this Minjae guy. I shouldn't be worried. I trust Tae.

And then I went back to studying.

"Jungkookie?"

"I'm busy hyung."

"You've been here reading books all day! I've never seen you even touch a book!"

"Jiminie, your exaggerating. I've decided that maybe it's best if I do go to school again. So I'm working to get permission to study abroad with Taehyung!"

"Wow. You must really miss him if you read a whole stack of books."

"Of course I miss him! Don't you?"

"Yeah, a lot. But at least we have FaceTime!"

"But FaceTime is never as good as it is in person."

"True. Well Yoongi is coming over with Hoseok and Namjin."

"Tell then I said hi. I'm not going to stop studying."

"But they-"
Jimin was cut off by the knocking of the door.

Jimin's Point Of View

I went open the door.

"Come in!"

"Hey Jimin!"
Namjin said at the same time.

Hoseok ruffled my hair.
"Hey Chim!"

Then Yoongi came in. We have a weird relationship. It's like one day we're the perfect couple and the next we're arguing over the littlest things. But I like it like that. We both know that our feelings for each other are serious.

"Hey baby!"

"Don't hey baby me!"
I snapped at him.

"Aw, what did I do this time?"

"Oh you don't remember? Let me show you."
I grabbed his hand and dragged him to the kitchen.
"Do you know what this is?"

"An empty ice cream tub?"

"Exactly! Do you know why it's empty?"

"No."

"You ate it!!!!"

"OooOooooOooooOoooOoo! Yoongi's in trouble!" Namjoon and Hoseok came into the kitchen.

"Hey where is Kookie?" Jin asked.

"He's upstairs studying."
I replied.

"Really!? Why?"

"He wants to study so he can get into the same university as Taehyung."

"Awww, how romantic! Hey! Why aren't we up there studying with him!"

"Why should we?"
Yoongi said.

"We're his best friends! We need to support him and be there for him!"

And that is how we all ended up in Jungkook's room reading about the Trojan war.

"Yoongi stop sleeping!"

"Ow Jin your elbow hurts!"

"You guys are so loud!"

"Shhhh we need to focus!"

We all argued.

Soon the guys fell asleep. Yoongi, Hoseok, and Namjin slept on the floor.

I got up and walked over to Jungkook's desk where he was sleeping.

I covered his body with his favorite blanket which he stole from Taehyung.

After 'tucking' my brother into bed, or should I say desk, I made my way over to Yoongi. He had fallen asleep the moment we came into the room. I laid beside him and hugged his arm tight. I rested my head on his shoulder and fell asleep.
