Beautiful grin, no worries or woes
She's the girl with the biggest smile
Nobody knows she forces up bile
She Feels worthless, ugly, abandoned, wasted
No one knows the tears she has tasted
She once said she wished she was dead
She meant it, wasn't just in her head
