Here I'm
Standing, carrying

I don't hate myself,
Because I
Still love me.
I can't look at myself,
Because it's
Hurt me.
To be true, I'm
Exhausted
From smiling every
Single day, when
I know the
Pain won't just go away.
On the outside
I'm holding it together,
But it's as
Unpredictable as the
Weather.
"How you doing? I'm fine"
But the truth
Lies behind these
Lines.
You wanted me
To be happy and kind,
But have you ever
Thought that
I might be blind.
Blind in the heart.
Blind in the dark.
Not blind
By the meaning
Because to
Understand that is
Itself an art.
You think I'm
Fun
And full of life
But do you
Know how many times
I'd held that
Bloody knife.
For you, I laugh wildly
And have fun
But do you know
What a huge
Lie I have to pretend.
My world is
Falling and crumbling
Apart and
I know that's just
The start.
My heart is sore
And it is
Breaking.
I swear to God it
Leaves
Me shaking.
But I can't do anything.
Because
I'm mad.
