INDIA'S POV

So daddy said he would only be in America for  a month well that was a big fat lie he has been there for 4 months now and had rang me 3 times in all that time promising me that he will be back soon but i don't believe him no more

so much has changed in the 4 months that he has been away you will never guess what mummy and uncle Paul are now boyfriend and girlfriend its so gross they kiss all the time even though boys are full of germs 

Though i adore Paul and i really love having him around he is alot of fun and he gives me loads of cuddles. he makes me feel loved and he makes mummy happy and he is good with Hollie 

The phone rang and we all knew that it was John whenever he called us he always rang on a tuesday at 7pm  and mum and Paul went into a panic they said the next time he rang they would tell him that they were together but now that the phone was ringing they were in full blown panic mode so i went and answered the phone

" Hello" i said

" Ello princess how are you darling i miss you so much and guess what im coming home tomorrow"

' you are coming home tomorrow huh are you sure or are you saying that and will be another 4 months huh" i said my attitude towards daddy getting worse l

" yes India sweetie i am definitely coming home"

" well then you should know that mummy and uncle Paulie are now boyfriend and girlfriend they kiss its gross and Paulie lives with us its great i love it "

there was silence on the other end of the phone

" daddy are you still there"

" put your mother on the phone please sweetie"

" ok daddy see you tomorrow maybe"

i held out the receiver of the phone towards my mother who's face went pure white

" Daddy wants to speak to you "

CYNTHIA'S POV

"hello John"

" so your shagging my best mate then "

" John there is no need to be so vulgar"

" im sorry so your having sexual intercourse with my best mate then there is that better" he said his voice dripping with sarcasm

" yes i am John we have been together for 3 months now"

"so when were you going to tell me"

" when you came home as it is not really any of your business who i am with"

" its my business who is around my children though"

" well its Paul he has been around the children since they were born so its not like a complete stranger has moved in"

" i don't want him around my kids cyn i don't want him worming his way into my family"

" why is it now you don't want him near the girls when before it was ok"

" because before he was just uncle Paul who they saw now and again now he is there step dad who they see every day and i don't like it"

" well i had to like the fact that Yoko was around the girls so you will have to get used to Paul being around them more"

" me and Yoko are over so that is not an issue"

" im sorry to hear that but its none of my business"

" ill be home tomorrow we will talk about it then"

" whatever you want John bye"

Cynthia hung up the phone and fell into Paul's arms 

" that man is impossible"

" what did he say?"

" he does not want you around the girls"

' why not?"

" oh he is jealous you know what he is like does not show any interest in the girls for 4 months and now you are on the scene he is marking his territory"

" he does not need to do that i know that he is there dad and i would not take that role away from him as i know he loves those girls but i am not going to back off from you or the girls just because he does not like it. don't worry darlin we will face him tomorrow and sort this all out"
