Maddie was sad and Luke was confused.

There were emotions everywhere.

But the only reason Maddie is sad is because well..she has no family now.

But enough with me let's go check on Maddie shall we?

Maddie's POV

I was sad of course, I mean if you had just found out your dad just died in a drunk driving accident you wouldn't be all sunshine and. rainbows either.

But I made another decision; I Madeline Parker will become stronger,i will eat,try to stop cutting and forget about the past.

Why?

Because I'm not nothing.

Luke taught me that.

I mean he is right,i didn't actually grow up in the right environment.

My father would beat me and was always drunk or high for god's sake.

But I wanna show them..that I'm not a wimp and I'm strong.

I'm gonna get better.

I really am.

This is the part when I break free.
