Maddie's POV
I walked out of the school just thinking about what happened earlier.
I should have said something when Luke helped me up.
"Dumb." some kid said to me as I walked by.
"Maddie! Maddie wait up!"
Oh no I know that voice.
It's Luke.
Then he appeared beside me.
"Hey Maddie what's up?" he asked me
"O-oh uh nothing" I responded
"Oh that's..coool so can I walk you home?" he questioned
"Uh I d-don't think that's a good idea" I said
"Why? oh never mind I'll see you tomorrow. Okay?" he said
"O-okay" I studdered
And then he was gone.
As soon as I got home I pulled my crappy blue flip phone out from under my pillow.

'Are you okay?'

'Maddie?!'

'Okay well since you're not answering I guess I'll leave you alone'
To:Ash
'Sorry Ash got held up, call me later please. Xo.'

'Hey Maddie it's Luke'
Holy guacamole Luke Hemmings texted me.
But no he doesn't like me.
Ugh maybe he was trying to reach a different Maddie.
I should delete it.
