a drill in my ear, a hammer at my brain
- their voices scream -
but a fountain springs
and the sun glows
- somewhere in here, my wishes grow -
to escape endless hates
and make a new place
of soft sound and rainbows
- maybe this is the rain,
but puddles are to play
and it will make the grass green.
