You twisted and turned in bed, feeling sharp pains in your abdomen.
You quickly pulled the sheets away and went to the toilet where you immediately started throwing up blood. It hurt to breathe and it hurt to move. You were fine the day before, but now it felt like you were actually dying.
"H/N!!!" You yelled teary-eyed and shaking wildly.
H/N comes in and is taken aback from the sight. "What happened Y/N?!" He wipes away his tears as they started to fall and ran to the nightstand to grab his phone and call an ambulance.
He rushed back to you and sat next to your kneeling body. "The ambulance is on its way baby~ Hold on, please~" He rubbed your back and tried to keep calm as you kept throwing up the red substance.

You both made it to the hospital and you were rushed to the emergency room. H/N tried to push his way through but nurses and doctors yelled at him to stay in the waiting room.
"That's my fiancée/fiancé!!!"
"I need to see her/him!!!"
"She/He needs me!!!"
H/N eventually unwillingly sat in the closest seat to the doors where you and him were separated.
"Mr. (His family name)?" A nurse called out from the doors.
H/N jumps up, walking to the nurse. "How is she/he?"
"I'm sorry sir, she/he passed away at 3:42am—"
H/N looked at the clock. It was 3:46am. "LET ME SEE HER/HIM!!!" He cried out making the nurse jump.
"R-Right this way.." The nurse quickly led H/N to your room.
The constant, long beep noise signaling no pulse appeared on a screen that shined a little too brightly for the situation.
H/N came over to your lifeless body and held your hand that had the engagement ring he gave you on it.
"I-I l-l-love y-you~" He says, his voice broken and hoarse.
His heart shattered into painful shards that day.
