A white lie,
Goes a long way.
I simply cannot fathom the fact that,
You made me hold on to it.
I held on to it like my life depended on it.
I never knew how stupid I was to believe you.
Believe that you would come back,
Believe that you would hold me tight.
How could I have been so gullible?
I fell for your trap like a clueless mouse.
And now,
I'm left with a broken mind,
A broken heart,
And a broken soul.
Now tell me,
How am I going to fix all of it?
