Theodosia hummed down the streets, book in hand and her eyes locked on the words. The book was a romance genre of course, she's probably read it one hundred times by now. It was about a girl who fell in love with a librarian. The librarian gave her a book everyday and soon fell for her as well. Turns out that the girl was a princess and was not allowed to marry the librarian. Her father forbids it. But the prince she was to marry didn't, and gave her and the librarian his blessing when the king passed away. Now the prince married another and took over the castle's doings and the princess married the librarian and they lived happily ever after.

Theodosia wanted to find her librarian one day.

"Stella, my love. May I ask for your hand in marriage? Will you become part of my life forever until the sun dies? Will you become my one and only wife and start a beautiful family with me?" Robert knelt down infront of Stella, who's hair was flying violently in the wind. It made her look majestic, like a unicorn princess of somesort.

"Oh, my sweet librarian... How much I have waited for this moment to arrive. How much I love you to say-

Suddenly the wind made Theodosia lose her page. The young girl yelped as the book flew out of her hands. Theodosia turned to grab it but her thick locks slapped her face. "My book!" she cried. The wind came to an abrupt halt and Theodosia's hair was finally out of her face to reveal a young boy. The boy had pale skin with a manly posture and curly hair. He was short and his clothes barely fit him. Freckles dotted his skin almost everywhere and his hazel eyes were directed on the same book Theodosia had been reading.

"I wonder who..."

Suddenly, the two children locked eyes for a long moment. Theodosia didn't like the sharpness and intimidation in his eyes. She thought he was going to steal her book. However the young Burr was surprised.

"Yours?" the boy held out the book with a curious look in his eyes.

"Yes. Mine." Theodosia hastily grabbed the book, wanting to hide under a rock. She's never been bright in socialization, her father barely let her see the outside world.

Suddenly, she asked-

"Are you a librarian?"

-- --

"Nuh-uh! You did not ask him that!" Y/n shook her head in disbelief.

"I did!" I shook my head up and down. "I really did!"

"How did he respond?" Y/n asked curiously.

"Well I was going to tell you. However I was so rudely interuppted," I shot a small glare at the L/n.

"Okay okay! My apologies, continue," Y/n began to tug at my handkercheif.

"Right. Now... What I believe he said was-"

-- --

"What's a librarian?" the sandy haired boy tilted his head.

Young Theodosia suddenly broke into laughter.
