My eyes flutter open.
"Clara?" I see my sister. I throw myself into her arms.
"Missed ya kiddo. Now, I can't stay long, but I need to remind you. Dad is getting out in the morning. You need to be careful. Gosh, you're so beautiful. I just don't understand. Why baby? Why would you hurt yourself? Is it because of me? Did I not love you enough? I have to go. I love you!"
THE MORNING
Today is the day. He is bring released. The cops don't know about the murder and rape, that's why he gets out. I have to hide. He is gonna come kill me!
"Lucy! Wake up!" I say, pushing her onto the floor. She jumps up and says two words"It's on!"
