personality ➺ mitsuko is a disciplined woman. from a young age she has learnt to behave and that hard work is the key that opens all doors. she has been classically trained in fire bending by the best masters around. her parents aren't around much, they are both diplomats, constantly travelling around. mitsuko was raised by her grandmother and has no siblings. Her grandmother taught her most of the things she knows. She isn't necessarily a cold person, but a bit reserved and hardened. mitsuko does like social situations, she likes talking and making friends, she just shows it in her own way. working hard is probably the thing she does best. every morning she gets up early, stretches, makes breakfast, practices her technique and does some exercise. After that her day begins. She studies mechanics and wants to go on to craft machinery. She has a few friends from school and a best friend since childhood.

history ➺ As mentioned above, mitsuko grew up an only child and was practically raised by her grandmother. her grandmother, akane, was a caring but disciplined woman. she believed women should be strong, able to fight and contain themselves. she always thought badly of 'those wild, ignorant and giggly girls' so mitsuko made sure not to end up like that. she set up her own daily schedule to stay in shape. fire bending is very important to her family. even though many members end up with corporate jobs, the controlling and bending is a staple. she was born into a quite nationalist family, mitsuko had never even crossed the firenation borders.
