Chapter 2 ~ No Goodbye Hug?

Violets P.O.V

I woke up to find my mom in my bed, wow she never does this unless shes going away on holiday like she did last time. As I sat there waiting for my mom to wake up,

"What are you thinking about Viola?" she spoke, i could hear how tired she was

"You never sleep in my bed momma unless your going somewhere. Are you going somewhere?" I asked her

"Oh, I better start making breakfast." She said obviously avoiding my question but i went with it anyway

"Ok momma, I love you and i cant wait to see what you got for my birthday" I said excitedly clapping my hands and running downstairs but obviously when I go there my mom was already half way through cooking because she has super speed. Next thing you know my sister and brother speed into the kitchen faster than lightning and Autumn picks me up spinning me around

"Goodmorning beautiful Vela" She said happily as we rubbed noses. we ate food and spen the whole day together in the forest having fun family time

Kirsty's P.O.V

"Goodnight Vela, I love you, we all love you" i said trying so hard not to cry

"goodnight momma see you in the morning" My sweet baby said falling asleep and i waited till i heard her snoring. I went down and brought the 2 dogs inside one in her room and one near the front door. i wrote a note saying

Dear Violet,

Im sorry dear one day i will come back and explain everything but for now stay hidden.

Theres money in the box under your bed don't go spending it to fast i'm sorry vela i had to leave theres 2 dogs here to look after you and guess what they talk, you wont be alone i promise ill be looking after you i just wont be able to talk to you make sure you lock all the doors and keep the windows shut and the dogs will protect you.

Next i got Autumn to write while i packed our car and i also left a car for Vela to drive when she gets her licence

Dear Vela,

Im so sad and so very sorry we had to leave you but your special and you will unlock special powers better than any one ever has. I love you vela and i wil watch your back, if anyone bullies you ever again i will tell them to get away from you. I hope you keep safe

And last but not least after the car was packed was Simon

Dear Viola,

I love you. Don't go around making to many boyfriends, you will soon start developing your powers and start having the skin, body and brains of a vampire. you cannot show people who you are so whenever you want to start school do not and i mean do not tell anyone. Make friends and have fun

making sure that everything was alright all the doors and windows were shut and locked, that there was enough food and everything was on the lower shelfs

And with that we left, we left my nearly 10 year old daughter behind and we didn't even tell her or say goodbye, at least we will see her again in 8 years
