"Neurostuff meets rabbit from a hat." Tony bluntly commented, pinching his nose.

"Nice place in the village, though." Bruce twisted his glasses around.

"Yeah, Sullivan Street." Tony mumbled.

"I thought it was Baker Street?" Christina asked, immediately shaking her head. "No, wait. That's from that show I watch..."

"Hmm...Bleecker." Bruce muttered, remarking the two.

Christina snapped her fingers, pointing towards Bruce. She continued to stare at the ceiling. "That's it."

"Wait, he lived in New York?" Natasha wondered, stopping her fidgeting and grabbing the pen in her fist.

"No, he lived in Toronto." Tony sarcastically alleged, moving so then he had his head on Christina's legs, almost having a domino affect.

"Yeah, not Bleecker. It's Sullivan." Bruce said a little louder, trying to make his point across.

"No, it's Bleecker for sure." Christina moved her legs, making it more comfortable for Tony.

"Guys," Natasha asserted once the three stopped bickering. "if you pick the right year, there are three Stones in New York."

There was a beat of silence.

"You gotta be shitting me." Christina gasped, sitting up. She placed a hand in the gap between Natasha's shins, looking down at her.

Bruce sat up, looking at Natasha with shock, "Shut the front door."

STEVE stared at the screen with furrowed brows. Each of the Stones were displayed, the six in three groups.

Group one; New York 2012 which had the Mind Stone, the Time Stone and the Space Stone.

Group two; Asgard 2013 which had the Reality Stone on it.

And group three; Morag/Volmir 2014, which had the Power Stone and the Soul Stone.

Lexi's eyes trained on the word 'Vormir', an ill feeling rising in her throat.

"All right, we have a plan." Steve said with almost no emotion. "Six Stones...three teams...one shot."

As he approached the board, the rest of the team rose behind him, standing tall with faux confidence. Thor remained seated, though, playing with his sunglasses.

Lexi frowned, praying to God or some god that they'd pull it off.

She felt a hand loop in hers, intertwining their fingers before giving a soft squeeze. Looking up, she saw Nebula. Her usual grim expression was on her face, but Lexi could see hesitance and fear in her eyes. Squeezing back supportively, Lexi let out a shakily breath.

THE Avengers made their way towards the quantum portal they had built in a matter of days. Everyone had a confident look to them; walking with shoulders back and taking long strides. Everyone wore a quantum suit, designed an off-white with red accents.

"Five years ago, we lost." Steve started, looking around when everyone gathered on the plate of the portal. "All of us. We lost friends, we lost family; we lost a part of ourselves. Today, we have a chance to take it all back.

"You know your teams, you know your missions; get the Stones, get them back. One round-trip each. No mistakes, no do-overs. Most of us are going somewhere we know. But that doesn't mean we know what to expect. Be careful, and look out or each other. This is the fight of our lives. And we're going to win."

Tony gave Steve a side-look, having a knowing smirk on his face. Christina sucked in a breath, out of compassion and nervousness.

"Whatever it takes." Steve finished his speech with a nod, meeting his gaze to Tony's. "Good luck."

"Holy shit," Holly muttered to herself, never receiving a pep-talk like that. She was taken back.

Rocket glanced up at Steve. "He's pretty good at that."

"Right?" Scott scoffed with a smile, jabbing a thumb towards the Captain.

Tony looked over at Bruce, who stood by the portal controls. "All right, you heard the man. Stroke those keys jolly green."

"Tractors engaged." Bruce responded before quickly making his way on to the portal plate.

Rocket narrowed his eyes, staring across at Clint who held the Benatar (that was shrunken to the size of a golf ball) in his hand. "You promise to bring that back in one piece, right?"

"Yeah, yeah, yeah." Clint waved him off with a small smile. "I'll do my best."

"As promises go, that was pretty lame." Rocket commented jokingly with a shrug.

Holly chuckled lightly, "I'll never get bored of this team."

Natasha shifted her weight from foot to foot, excited for their new mission and to bring her family back. She looked up at Steve, green eyes shining. "See you in a minute."

Steve smiled back as the portal whirred to life.

One after another, everyone's helmets flipped over their head, the helmet replicating Scott's Ant-Man and Christina's Wasp suit. Within seconds, they were all pulled down into the portal and soared through the quantum realm.

When the tunnels to the different dates approached, they all shifted and respectfully parted ways into their targeted times; New York, Asgard, and Morag.
