Your mother got out of surgery yesterday. You, your dad, and your brother aren't allowed to see her for a couple of days until the hospital calls. You don't even know if the surgery was successful or not.
You were stressed out but also bored. Bored of sitting and waiting for news about your mom.
You're currently sitting in your shared hotel room with your brother. You are laying down in your bed and your brother is shopping.
You get a text:
Phone Daniel: Happy Valentine's day love <3
Y/n: Oh my gosh I completely forgot, i'm so so sorry Dani, I didn't even get you a gift
Daniel: I don't need a gift, I already have you;);););));)) You've been through so much this week and I just wanted to take you out for lunch today, if you're not busy
Y/n: You are literally the sweetest person ever. I'm completely free today so I can go at any time
Daniel: Yayayy, I'll pick you up around 10
Y/n: Sounds good, love you, see you then;););));)
