I sat on the steps of my new house, or should I say mansion messing with the love of my life, a basketball. "Can you please get up, and help us move in" my step monster let out, I stared at her and sucked my teeth getting up. "Leilani go pick your room, we got it from here hun" My dad said smiling helping the moving people. I rolled my eyes walking inside this big ass house bouncing the ball.
I went upstairs continuing to look at every area of the second floor as I reached one last room which of course i opened. I fell in love as soon as i opened the door.

"This is perfect" I whispered to myself. Simple yet perfect.
-Hours later-
I sighed falling flat on the ground exhausted. I just finish cleaning up & setting my entire room the way I wanted it to be. Starting with my walking closet, then the rest of the room. A knock suddenly came from outside my door.
"Remember we getting to the school tomorrow at 6:30 so you can get practice in, we gonna do this everyday till you're back to being number 1" My dad said staring at me on the ground.
"but dadddyyyy" I whined, he automatically switched his face "No buts that is it, okay." He said closing my door.
I groaned as I got up to go towards my closet. I grabbed my Nike Duffle bag piling in practice clothes & my favorite basketball shoes Kobe 8s. I finished packing my stuff and left it by the door, while I also picked out an outfit for tomorrow since it my first day 😢
"DAAADDDD" i yelled out, "WHAT?!" He yelled back opening my door.
"We got food homie?" i said smiling "little girl we ordered pizza ga head with yo ugly ass" my pops said rolling his eyes leaving again. "aight you indiana jones over grown flint stone ass ain't had to do allat" i said snapping my fingers.
