I placed the steaming cup of coffee in front of the monotone robot, the dude that was supposedly my husband for the last few moths..hah, more like stranger. He had just finished eating my signature scrambled eggs that he's been devouring ever since the day I moved in. I patiently waited for him to take a sip, but he just kept tapping away at his phone as if his only source of energy wasn't right in front of him. Ugh, fine then prick, I'll not make you another one if this one is to your distaste like every other first cup of coffee I make you. I was about to turn around when I finally heard him clear his throat, he looked me in the eye and held his cup up to me. I grumbled, very audibly and proceeded with pouring the contents down the sink. For one split second I thought I caught him smile, but that didn't last very long before I turned around.
This is what had become our only form of communication through our whole day, I'd make his first cup of coffee, he'd always make me make another one because it was either too strong or sweet, that I had to guess, which for some strange reason I was always.. right about what went wrong with the coffee, when it's always just a bluff.

Three hours had passed since he left and I had never felt so bored. My only real friend, Amelia, left, she was out in Miami for a business trip, lucky hoe. And now I was here left alone in this giant detached house on a peak of Beverly Hills. It was nice, but there's nothing much to enjoy alone. I jumped on the bed for a few more seconds before I climbed off and clicked 'Big Boss Bobby' in my call log. Don't ask-
"Tell monobot I'm going out for a walk, and buying groceries on the way"
"I thought I told you to stop calling your husband that Leila, and don't you need someone to help you hold those bags sweetheart?" Bobby inquired like the father figure he was to me..
"No! I'm a strong independent woman, I ain't need your help Big Boss Bobby!" Antonio doesn't have the right to be called husband, more like business deal.
"Enrique, me llamo Enrique" (Herny, my name is Henry) he replied with a stern voice.
"Sí, sí, no me importa, just don't tell him I went without you" (yes, yes, I don't care)
He grunted before he replied, "the things I do for you, you know he'd fire me without a care in the world even though I'm seriously his favourite bodyguard-"
"ESO NO sucederá. I promise, now goodbye...BOBBY" (THAT WONT happen)
I quickly hung up before he could scream his profanities at me. I pulled out one of my thirty grey hoodies, this one was a thin cotton material, it was fine for the spring- coming into summer weather, and I decided to pair it with some denim booty shorts - the hoodie covered most my ass anyways. I trotted to the the desk were my precious car keys were held, and I went over to the garage, I sucked in a sharp breath of air as I ran over to my matte black Lamborghini aventador and kissed is head. Yes, thy was this lonely. I felt like I had stolen Batman's car with the yellow lining of the tyres. I hopped in and squealed with joy as the engine roared to life.
Soon enough my supposed grocery trip had ended up with me in the middle off the most busy multi cultural food market ever, did I also mention it was already 9pm? I waddled over to the next food stall like I wasn't about to burst from the overflow of food in my guts, but I just had to have a taste of those Mama Lena's hot spicy chicken wings, I ran over with my non existent speed as only one person was left, I was served within seconds by a 16 year old dude with green eyes.. green eyes are so enchanting. Just like monobots, ew, why was I thinking about him. Once I had the box I plopped my ass onto a patch of grass on the vast field where multiple couples sat munching on their treats, looking at each other like no one else was around them. Sigh, why am I the one with a husband eating all alone, whatever, this food keeps me from feeling bored and that's all that matters. I took one huge bite, almost devouring the whole wing in one bite, and, it was so worth the bile rising up my throat in that moment.
"Mmmm!" I moaned a bit too loud earning confused looks from the couples nearby, but this was awesome, but then, a few seconds later the spicy taste kicked in and, oh hell no. This was spice on some other level, you know when stores describe food as spicy, but it's never really that spicy, and it turns out to be not spicy...this was not the case for this chicken.
"¡Madre de dios! MAMA LENA I LOVE THIS BUT THIS SPICE AINT DOIN IT FOR ME!" (Mother of God!)
I screeched like a hooligan, the patrolling officer near by gave me a death glare - I decided it'd be best to shut up now.
Suddenly I felt something thrown at me from behind, it was a water bottle! "Oh God, you have heard my cries for help, and blessed me with this fresh, cold, crispy water!" I raised my hands up to the air like I could see something other than the stars, - I swear I'm not high.. I laid back and finished the whole bottle within seconds, then I opened my eyes to find,
"AHH! Monobot! I mean, Antonio, why are you here...?" Dauntingly, his towering 6'4 figure cowered over me as he gave me a stern death glare, with his emerald green eyes,
"Who said you could leave alone, Leila?" His toned arms that were bulging through his suit folded across his chest
"Err, thanks for the water.."
"That's not the matter here! Get up, we need to go, your wasting my time already."
"How long had you been watching me to know I was thirsty?" I inquired with my eyebrow cocked up,
"Long enough to know your as problematic as ever to me" he rolled his eyes as he began talking long strides away from me, I quickly jumped up, jogging to reach his side, the cool breeze pleasantly fanned my face, "hey! Could you stop walking so fast, I'm literally on the verge of throw-"
And then, it all splurged out, thick, hot, bile, I gagged as another load came out, I bent over on my knees and choked for a few seconds and began crying. Crying because I felt so humiliated, I felt as if I was over reacting, I think it's just my silly hormones. Yeah, I'll blame it on the hormones. A thin layer of sweat formed over my forehead, as everything began to feel dark, and soon, I think, I was in another universe...two pieces of metal grabbed me, and I was hoisted up, ha! I felt as tall as Antonio now, or was I in his arms..? Meh, I'm too tired for this, and then the darkness enveloped me in its sweet, peaceful arms..
