I can't find someone filling the criteria, so I get annoyed. I fly higher, the reactions of the people are over the line. I fly to the highest building in town, and fly around it.

Until I spot a half red half white haired figure in the edge. He looks below, to the enormous length between him and the pavement. He doesn't step back.

Instead, he jumps down.

I dive as hard as I can with him. I go under him as I hear screams of some people, and surround him with my black wings. I growl as he sighs.

I put him on my back, and he lays there for solid hours as I glide smoothly over the buildings. "You know, y/n," he starts. "If it wasn't you, I would have ended my life today." I screech, and turn on my belly, flipping him with me. He now lays on my stomach as I close my wings around him just like I did when he tried to jump off the building. We should look like a huge bullet cutting through air. I never tried this with a human, but knew it would work.

I glide upside down towards the sky just as we miss the ground with a millimetre. He sighs. "Why did you do it, y/n? What made you save me from myself?" He asks, whispering. His voice is lacking emotion, but my sixth sense can sense his sadness. I growl lowly and heat my body along with his.

We glide for hours. I want to make sure he's okay and calm before I leave him. It's almost midnight when he falls asleep on my back, heated from my body. "Should be cozy there" I ponder as I glide back to the city. He is snoring sweetly, it's a nice sound that makes me purr. I shake my head. "You just met him today, y/n" I demand to myself. "No."
