It was a beautiful crisp, alluring morning during the springtime when a little boy with river brown hair and thick glasses awoke. His name was Dusty Reonix and he lived on a hill back in the country. He was as quiet and squeaky as a mouse might be. He was quite content and happy with his loving family. His life was perfect and he was nearly just a boy. He woke up with a terrible migraine that was accompanied with a chest pain. It lasted for two minutes and then he was ok. He went to the living room to see his father reading the paper and 'watching' his little sister ,Suzy-Jean, dance to Buddy Holly in her jammies. Little Suzy was 4 and loved her older brother so very much. She would look at him with her piercing green eyes and tell him how great he was. Dusty was about 14 and felt like the lead of the family because of it. BOOM! Dusty heard a huge crash in the room beside him and felt his heart leap out of his chest. He ran and saw his little brother ,Napoleon aka Nappy, with a cookie jar empty on the ground, unbroken (thank God). Nappy-boy had eaten all the cookies and failed to put the jar back up. Cookie crumbs and chocolate was smeared on the younger Reonix brother's face. Dusty chuckled a bit when he was trying to scold his young brother ,"Napoleon Kanon Reonix! You were not supposed to eat all the cookies. How do you plead?" he was doing a little playful banter and Nappy caught on. "N-not guilty Judge Dusty! I didn't do it and you ain't have no proof!" the younger one stuck out his tongue at Dusty after he said that to his brother. Dusty picked up his little brother's hand and said "Then what is this here!?", the hand was obviously covered in many crumbs. Nap was laughing like a fool at his brother's funny words and accent, "Alright alright, I admit it. I ate 'em up!". They started putting the jar up when their mother came in and gasped out "What in the world! You two know better!! Which one of you did this?" , the boys just looked at each other and didn't say a word. "If ya don't answer i'll think y'all both did it." she said with sturn-ish ,but mostly humorous tone. Dusty went to speak ,but before he could his brother said "I'm guilty ,mama! I ate the cookies and the jar fell down when I went to put it up and Dusty had found me and got on to me and was helping me put the jar up. HONEST!" ,he was nearly outta breath after his 'speech'. Their mother was laughing at how exhausted he had seemed, "Well, I'm just glad you were honest with me. Still though, you're 7 years old now and boy you should know better." Nappy knowingly shook his head at his beloved mother. "Well maybe he don't know no better because he ain't got good parents ,eh honey? A deep voice popped out of their father who was entering the kitchen with Suzy-Jean on his shoulders, he was obviously being sarcastic and mother knew that. "Ah yes! That's it! I guess we just aren't good parents..." Their mother said in a fake sad voice which made the kids all start talking, "Mommy that ain't true!" Suzy-Jean said along with Nap hollering "Mama I'm sorry y'all are fine parents" and a laughing big brother Dusty. Their stammers, laughters, and words were all over each other and hardly any of it is was audible. They were good. They were happy. Dusty looked to his family and saw only the ceiling, no not his ceiling, but someone else's. Then he seen his family look distressed at him, it was weird. He suddenly heard his name being called and saw his happy family again and smiled. They were concerned ,but thought he probably in his own la-la-land ,until he had another migraine...
