I just wanted to let you know that I wrote this story years ago and a lot has changed since then, specifically my views on underage relationships. When I wrote this, I was a teenager with a crush on an adult, and I imagined what life would have been like if I had pursued the relationship. It was just a fantasy, and I no longer encourage adult-minor pairings/relationships. As a teenager, I didn't understand why age mattered and came up with many excuses. "I'm mature enough," or "I have common sense," sounded good enough back then, but I see now that I was truly an idiot. You know how we all cringe at our twelve year old selves? That's me with my sixteen year old self.
So, even though this story has a happy ending (spoilers?), please understand that if an adult is interested in a minor, it's a huge red flag, and you should take a good look at who they really are and what they gain from you.
I didn't expect this story to get as popular as it has and I'm still keeping it up. It's a reminder of my mistakes and accomplishments...and to puke at how naive I was back then.
Thank you for all the support.
Signing off,
An older, hopefully wiser, Lady Luck
