Your brain is going numb
The darkness engulfs you
As you sit there
Feeling empty and alone
Yet what reaches out to you?
Music
Music sings the words you can't form
Music expresses your world
Music carries you in it's arms
Out of the darkness
And into the light
When words fail,
Music plays
