( plot summary ) brandi bohnam cares about three things; music, money and making love, specifically in that order. her band, moxie, shot to superstardom in 1975 after the release of their first single, landing them a contract with EMI records and an american tour. brandi quickly becomes the subject of public attention with her wild, charismatic stage persona, and even more so for her chaotic personal life full of constant parties, booze and boys. but she barely cared about the public opinion, focusing purely on writing and touring until a particular party led her to meet the drummer of the british band queen. following a raucous night of drinking, roger taylor and brandi bohnam end up in an alcohol fuelled affair, which ends up becoming more and more regular than either of them would have thought. they only had one rule, however; promise not to fall in love.
( additional information ) — so brandi is basically a female incarnate of roger and they would be super competitive about whose music/tour is being more successful than the others — their relationship would /not/ be perfect and it's up to the author if they would actually end up together in the end or not — there would be a lot of angst/uncertainty as the two of them come to terms with their emotions for the other
