( plot summary )

one man, one woman, and an almost empty bar. what could go wrong?

after a drunken night in a random man's bed, susannah could hardly say she regretted it. she did, however, regret finding out that the man was the new bassist in her brother's band. yet she can't deny the spark between the two of them, so the two commence their relationship in secrets, she was a sucker for a forbidden romance. and finding cute notes from her not so secret admirer in between the pages of her textbooks was a plus. she soon tires of all the running around and hiding, but she'd rather die than let roger find out.

the two soon find that trying to keep secrets from roger meadows taylor isn't easy.

        — susannah is a babyfaced twenty two year old art student.
        — freddie calls her curly sue, by her demands he's the only one allowed to call her that.
        — you bet roger sings "oh! susanna" just to piss her off.
         — she loves her older brother and they often annoy each other/fight, but they're just like normal siblings.
          — even though roger is a highkey thot, he's very protective of susannah and who she dates, so he ain't gonna be very happy when he finds out about the two of them.
           — susannah has roger's quick temper, but she'd rather get angry in private than show her anger around others ( ex: going into her room and screaming into a pillow instead of blowing up on anyone )
           — john isn't a blushing, blubbering, idiot, this man is a lowkey thottie. especially when he's drunk. he and his wife had six kids for god's sake. just a little writing tip for y'all :)
            — an even mix of angst and fluff will be best for this
