"You don't talk much do you?" Stefan asked.

I looked up at him and titled my head in confusion.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"You haven't really said anything to me since I've gotten here. Are you like that with everybody?" He said.

"I don't really know you." I whispered.

He nodded and put his fork down. I furrowed my eyes in confusion as he pushed his plate away and crossed his arms in front of his chest.

"Let's play twenty questions. You answer any questions I have and I'll answer any questions you have." He said.

I bit my lip and nodded.

"What's your favorite color?" He started.

"Baby blue, but sometimes it can be baby pink." I quietly answered.

He nodded his head.

"What's yours?" I asked him.

"Black." He simply responded.

Blacks a good color, but it can get boring.

"Favorite movie." He said.

I hummed in thought. "Wall-E." I replied.

"That's cute." He chuckled.

I blushed and looked down at my lap.

"What's your favorite fruit?" I asked.

"I don't really like fruit." He answered.

I frowned in confusion.

"Everybody likes fruit." I frowned.

"I don't, sweetheart." He said.

"What are you planning on studying?" He asked.

"I don't really know. I'm thinking English." I replied.

He nodded and looked down at the counter.

"What did you go into?" I asked my curiosity taking over.

"I didn't finish school." He answered.

"Oh."

"Surprised." He chuckled once more.

I bit my lip and looked back up at him.

We continued playing twenty questions until the bell to the front door rung.

"I'll be back." Stefan said getting out of his chair.

I nodded and looked down at Bear. He had fallen asleep again and was peacefully breathing. I smiled at his cuteness and looked behind me.

Stefan walked back up to the island and sat back down.

"I put your clothes near the stairs." He said.

"Thank you." I told him.

He nodded and we sat in silence for a few minutes.

Deciding to take a shower I stood up and pushed my chair in.

"Where are you going?" Stefan asked.

"I'm going to take a shower." I quietly responded.

He nodded and I picked up my plate.

"Leave that, I'll pick it up. Go and take a shower." He said standing up.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Yeah, you go ahead." He softly smiled.

I returned the smile and made my way to the stairs. Hearing Bears paws clicking against the tiles behind me I looked down and he was bouncing on his feet beside me.
