It's been two months since she lost her memory.

2.

Months.

The doctor said that she'll get her memory back eventually, but that we needed to help her.

So that's what I'm doing right now. "Sabrina can we take a break? We've been looking at pictures for hours!" She groaned, rolling her eyes.

"Do you remember anything?" I asked.

"No! I told you that like 10 times today." She exclaimed.

I sighed and put away my printed pictures of us. "Fine. I guess a small break couldn't hurt." I said. "What do you want to do?"

"Cuddle and watch a movie." She said, shrugging her shoulders.

"Really?" I cocked an eyebrow at her.

She pouted and crossed her arms. "Well if you don't want to then I'll just call Jake. He always watches stuff with me." She said under her breath.

"Wait. We can cuddle and watch a movie." I said.

A big smile appeared on her face. "Yay! You're the best best friend ever! I love you so much!" She said, hugging me tightly. "My dogs really missed you too. They're upstairs looking for you." She ran upstairs to her bedroom.

I laughed a little, but could only seem to slightly grin.

"Bumblebee!" She yelled. My eyes widened at the nickname. Since she lost her memory, she's only called me by my name.

I ran upstairs and into her room, and found her laying on the bed staring at our childhood photo album. "I thought you wanted to take a break from looking at pictures." I said.

"I think I remember something." She said, a little confused.

"You do?" I asked, excitedly.

"You and Row left to go to California the day after my birthday." She said. "Right? Then my phone went missing and-" She stopped talking and put her hand on her head.

"My head hurts really bad." She muttered and passed out.

"Y/N!"

...

The hospital should have mentioned what would happen when she started to remember things.

At least she remembered part of her life. She remembers Rowan and I before we moved so that's good. She still doesn't have all the memories of us though.

"Are you okay?" Corey asked, coming out the hospital room.

All her friends came to visit her and then they started a conversation. I felt like I was about to burst in tears so I quietly left the room.

"Yeah. Why wouldn't I be?" I sniffed, looking up at my tall brunette best friend.

He sighed and put his hand on my shoulder. "I get it-"

"No you don't Cor! You don't understand what it's like for the love of your life to not remember all the memories you shared together." Tears started falling freely from my eyes, but I wiped them off with my sleeves.

"I just don't get it. Why doesn't she remember me?" I asked, putting my face in my hands.

"Just give her some time. Remember that she'll remember you eventually." He said, and gave me a side hug.

"This is all my fault. No wonder she doesn't remember me." I said, sinking down the hallway wall.

"You can't keep blaming yourself for that. It wasn't your fault."

"Yes it is. This wouldn't have happened if I wasn't too scared to talk to her. The reason why she left was because she thought of Matt while we were doing something."

"Who's Matt?" Corey asked, sitting beside me.

"It doesn't matter and besides she told me not to tell you. Or anyone for that matter." I said. A brunette boy with hazel eyes walked by us. "Um, is this Y/N's room?" He asked us. "Who's asking?" Jake asked, walking out of the room. "Matt. Her childhood best friend. I saw her a couple months ago." Jake and I put the pieces together at the same time, and we knew better than to let him be by her.

"Matt? Let's have a small chat outside." I gave him a small smile and dragged him out the door.

"Sabrina don't do something you might regret." Jake said.

"I won't regret it, trust me." I said and Jake started walking with me out the hospital and to the back of the building.
