I consider Obscured By Clouds to be one of Pink Floyd's last Psychedelic albums. Obscured By Clouds has some good songs on it, while some pretty odd ones as well.
I can feel the Psychedelic feel that Pink Floyd was going for, and they did it in a rather crazy way.
I give the final Psychedelic Pink Floyd album a solid 7
