The Final Cut [1983]

The Final Cut respectfully is Bassist Roger Waters final album with Pink Floyd before he launched his solo career in 1984. Many fans like to poke fun at the album for being Roger Water's first studio album, for pulling itself away from the original Pink Floyd style which, unlike all other Pink Floyd albums, centers itself around war, which lead guitarist David Gilmour didn't appreciate to well.
Tension in the band was high, and the start of a solo career would be the best thing for Roger.

The Final Cut doesn't sound like a Pink Floyd album, but more less a Roger Waters solo album. I don't see it better or worse than More, but unlike More, it seems like there is nothing that we can do for The Final Cut, other than consider it to be the Bassist's first solo album.

I give Roger Water's first studio album a Solid to Strong 6
