After Nailah and I finished eating , I took out plates to rinse them off and put into the dishwasher .
"Thank you" she looked away from her phone and at me
"It's no problem , come on ." I wiped my hands with the kitchen towel "We gotta go somewhere" I hung it back on my oven
"Where we going ?" She hopped off the stool
"Somewhere"
She huffed and went to go put on her shoes
"You look beautiful" I smiled looking at her

30 minutes pass and we're still driving and the only time Nailah has said anything is when she asks where we're going .
