Your character wakes up to find their favourite sites are either gone or empty shells of what they had once been. Now they had heard proposals to limit the internet, first in America, then in Europe, but they weren't worried about it. After all, they were always in compliance with the law. These proposals weren't supposed to affect them, right? If only they had known how wrong they were. Everybody was affected, especially those who weren't a part of a corporation. Especially your ordinary, everyday person.
