"I'm okay, Bellamy. You should rest."

He shook his head again, "You need to take care of yourself."

She shot him a glare. He was the super sick one who couldn't stop worrying about her, "I could say the same for you, freckles."

He paused, a weak smile forming, "You haven't called me that in a while."

She couldn't help but smile back, "Desperate times call for desperate measures."

He smiled again but weaker. Evelynn could tell the sickness was luring Bellamy back into sleep as he eyelids dropped lower and lower until they shut. She watched him peacefully, still running her fingers through his hair.

Maybe it was the sickness or the way Bellamy looked so peaceful, but her eyelids grew heavy as well, taunting her to sleep.

She gently let herself lay down and shut her eyes, head resting on Bellamy's chest, hand still in his hair.

She felt Bellamy grasp her, a comforting warmth completely enveloping her wrist.

She couldn't help but snuggle her head onto his chest, falling asleep with a calm smile of her face, listening to the rhythmic sound his heartbeat.

"Bellamy, sit back down! You're still sick!"

With a grunt and an aggressive eye roll, Bellamy sat back down on his cot watching Evelynn hand another delinquent a cup of water, "You're so pushy."

She flipped her hair out of her face and shot him a smirk, "You make me pushy."

Bellamy had been watching Evelynn treat every single person in the drop ship since she woke up, and he had to admit, she was really good at it.

But to Bellamy's dismay, while he was still sleeping, Evelynn was up helping people along side Murphy of all people.

The drop ship was nearly empty at this point, most of the kids recovered quickly, unfortunately they lost three.

"Evelynn!" Clarke called out, signaling for her to come to her. She crossed the room and stood with her in front of Bellamy.

"We don't know if Finn and Jasper are going to be able to blow up the bridge or if the bomb will even work," Clarke said.

Evelynn caught on quickly, glancing between Clarke and Bellamy, "We have to move everyone in here?"

Clarke nodded at her friend with a small smile. She looked a lot better than before, the virus passing.

Evelynn turned to Bellamy who was still sitting. She held out her hands, "Okay, come on."

He scoffed and grabbed her hands, grudgingly letting her help him pull himself to his feet.

Convincing the remaining healthy kids to follow them into the drop ship was about as hard as it sounded, especially considering the people who were telling them to get into the disease-ridden ship all had sickly pale skin and blood stains on their faces and three of their own people already died from the very virus.

But once they realized it was either the possibility of sickness or the possibility of a Grounder attack that would definitely lead to death, they seemed more willing.
