I drink
water is unbeknownst
to me,
but delightful

I am everything,
the beginning,
the blossoming,
the wilting

I laugh,
bubbles arising
into the sunlight

I cry,
stars weeping
in the glow
of the moon

I speak,
words that are
foreign, tasteless
in my own mouth
on my own tongue
and language is gone,
irrelevant.

I listen,
the echos of yesterday
ring in my head.

I crash,
into the sea
Foams surround
My skin

I float,
just barely enough
to breath

I sink,
breathing in
the thick water.

I submerge,
slowly
becoming one
with the currents

I am nothing,
taken by
what had given me life
and suddenly
silence is deafening.
