ⅰ ; choose a close-up HQ image
ii ; add a colored-contact to your image's eyes.
I recommend it not to be very saturated

iii ; add another image and tint it to black.
iv ; with that black image—position it over the whole square, blend it to softlight and erase it.
v ; recover your tinted-image and only retrieve the spot: lips and under the eyes.
