"Seriously?" I hear Lachlan chuckle, "Do you really want presents when you've only been here for 5 hours?"
I cheekily smile, "Yes."
Josh started laughing, before giving me a small kiss on the forehead, "Hi Sunshine." He said, softly. "I need you to come to the police station to talk"
"I'd like to be with Layton tomorrow," I said.
"Tia, it is important," Lucas said, sternly.
"No, my son is important."
The room is silent.
"I'll ask Alex and Matt to bring Layton to the hospital before we leave," Andre said, thus breaking the silence in the air.
"It isn't a good idea, because in about five minutes, Logan will be arriving at the hospital." Lucas said, "Tia, we need to be more careful because when I said that Alex was at a business meeting instead of being here with you, he didn't believe me."
"He is very smart." I said, "I'm very sorry, because of me – you have to lie to Logan, your best friend."
Again, when I hear knocking, I look at the door.
I smile, "Logan." I said, happily.
"Tia," Logan said, walking into the room with a file. "How are you feeling?"
"I'm feeling happy and healthy." I lie, with a fake smile, "Logan, isn't the file in your hand, mine?"
Logan gave me a wink and a smirk but didn't answer me. I roll my eyes. He started reading it. "Your Doctor is Susan, she is an excellent Doctor." He said, "I'm reading your file, and the results are really good. They're discharging you, too." After placing the file on the bed, it was quiet, "I'd like to privately talk to Tia." When Logan spoke, he didn't look at the others. Instead, he kept looking at me. Then, his eyes travel to Andre, "Andre, if it isn't an inconvenience, I'd like to talk to you later."
"No, it isn't an inconvenience, Logan." Andre said, "I would like to talk to you, too."
The second Logan and I are alone in the room, I arch my eyebrow, "What's the matter?" I ask, moving the hospital blanket to the side. I turn to the left, moving forward until my feet touch the cold floor.
"How are you really feeling, Tia?"
"I don't understand," I said. I was lying. I did understand. I bit my lip, it was hard to hide from Logan.
"Tia." Logan said, standing in front of me, before moving between my legs. In a gentle manner, he took me in his arms.
My lips tremble, as tears slowly fall. "I was really afraid, Logan." I held onto his shirt, "I didn't know if was I going to live or die, it was frightening." As more tears fell, more scary thoughts ran through my mind. "They used Taylor's voice to lure me to an empty building. I'm always in danger, I'm always living in fear. It's unbearable, Logan, I hate it."
"Tia, I'm here now, no one is going to hurt you." Logan took my hand before giving me a small, velvet box. There was a beautiful diamond necklace. He took the necklace in his hand, "This is for you." He places the necklace around my neck. "Whenever you're in trouble I want you to hold the necklace, close your eyes and think of me. I'll be there."
I giggle, "A little clichè."
"It will only be cliché if I end our conversation with a kiss, Princess." He said, chuckling.
'Princess' I thought, feeling my heart race. "Why don't you?" I said, looking deeply into his eyes, as I leaned closer to him.
Logan places his index finger underneath my chin and tilts my head. Logan slowly leans forward, and my eyes flutter close. However, he doesn't kiss me. "I'm sorry, but I can't kiss you." He said sadly, as he placed his head on my shoulder, "I really want to fucking kiss you but I said that I'll wait for you and that I'll be the perfect gentleman," Then he looked at me with a sweet smile, "For now," He presses his lips against my forehead, "I need you to know that even though we can't kiss yet, please know that my feelings for you are growing stronger every day, and I can't wait for the moment when we can finally share that special kiss."

Yes, this is a filler chapter! Don't worry, it's going to get more exciting after this chapter! Honestly, I can't wait because from Chapter 11 to 13, is NOT going to be in her point of view. Instead, it is going to be THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE! Can you guess who the three people are?
