The car ride home was enough time to make me fall asleep for the second time today. The car parked, the soft music stopped and the keys jingle as they were taken out of the ignition, I looked up to the right to see my mom waking me from the driver seat.

"Come on" she said as she opened the driver side door, I looked up to see we were parked outside in the parking lot of our local grocery store. I had no motivation to get out from my seat and walk around for hours inside a store. But I had no choice but to.

We walk into the grocery store as the sliding doors automatically slid open and beeped. The grocery store was filled with stay at home moms that wished to have a break once in awhile, constantly cleaning and cooking for their children and husband's as they came home from work and school. My mom never liked to be a stay at home mom, she was always on her feet always working and keeping up with Dad, but since Jihyo and I came into the picture she had to settle down and let Dad do all the work, like he always has. "Why don't you go and look for something that would be perfect for dinner tonight" she smiled to me as she put Jihyo in the cart. The good thing about her is she tries her very best everyday. I nod my head heading toward the produce section of the store. This part of the store is always crowded with people, coming and going every minute of the day, but so far it quiet and not so much crowded as I thought it would be. I reached for the Napa Cabbage as of thinking on making kimchi with Daikon Radish too and maybe with a little seasoned spice added to it.

"Eating a lot of kimchi these day? Jimin?" I heard a familiar deepened tone voice say behind me, I turn around only to find Taehyung smiling down at me "haha, funny. Leave my food choices alone Tae." I said turning around and grabbing a little more than I should.

"I'm just saying it's not as healthy as you think it is"

"What do you know about food, you're a jock, you only care about sports drinks and salads"

"You never know, and that's not true just for your information, I know some things" he shoved my arm a little

"Okay, whatever" I giggled a little

"What are you doing here anyway, aren't you sick? I heard you suddenly got a flu or something at school"

"Let me guess Jungkook told you?" I said walking towards the carrots

"I mean, he IS your best friend since you were little so, I think he would know such a thing" he said resting his arm on the crates that held the oranges and apples in line

"Yeah, but he shouldn't worry neither should you, I'm fine now, see?"

"So you saaayy"

I walked around the produce section looking for more vegetables that I could use to add a little more flavor to the kimchi

"Also" Tae broke the silence "I was going to text you later on, but I figure I should just tell you now, face to face"

"What is it?" I said with my gaze fixed on picking a head of the best lettuce

"If you wanted to come to my game on Friday night, it'll be fun"

"Tae, you know I don't like those things"

"Oh come on Jimin you're always opposed to things like this, I promise it'll be fun, you're literally going to be the only one in our group not going" Taehyung said following me to the avacados

"I'll think about it, and how do you know what I think will be fun?"

"I've been your best friend since 7th grade, so I know"

"I don't think you do" I said tying the bag filled with three avacados

"Yes, I think I do"

"Okay sure, whatever"

"So is that a yes!?" He jumped smilingly happily

"No, it isn't"

"Jimiiinn" he whined

"I'm not going even if you bribe me or continue to bug me about it" I continued "Oh! And for YOUR information kimchi is healthy for you, it has compounds that may prevent the growth of cancer" I winked walking out of the produce section as I hear Tae say something to defend himself

"I already knew that, I really did" he shouted behind me

~

"I got something" I said reaching back to the cart

"Kimchi?"

"Mmhm"

"Okay, let's get home before your father does" my mother says pushing the cart to the check-out clerk

"Hey Mrs. Park"

"Oh, hello Taehyung. Jimin, it's Taehyung" my mother smiled

"Yeah, I know"

"Aren't you going to say hi?"

"I did at the produce section, I ran into him there" I smiled cheekly

"He really didn't, I said hi and he didn't respond" Taehyung lied

"That's not true, I really did say hi"

"I believe you, I already know how the both of you work. Besides that, what are you doing here, Tae? Where's your mother?" My mother asked looking over the shelves that held chips and candies of all sorts

"She's over there by the meats, I just came to say hi, and to ask for your permission if it was okay for Jimin to come to my football game this Friday night" Tae said staring at me and smiling the devilish smile

"Oh, that's perfectly fine, he needs to get out more anyway, he's always cooped up in his room for whatever reason"

"Okay, perfect, I'll be sure to pick him up at 5, an hour before the game starts, is that okay?"

"That's fine" my mother agreed, I stood there as if I wasn't there at all, like they didn't see me, like they didn't know I was there listening to everything they said or planned right in front of my eyes

"Hold on, just to let you guys know, I'm going to be very, very busy Friday"

"What could you be doing that is so busy?" My mother asked me

"I have to be.." I looked to my phone thinking of something, just then I noticed Yaiku had texted again "I-..I have to do this project thing with Yaiku"

"Lies."

"What?" I looked at Taehyung

"I invited Yaiku and asked if she was free, she said yes and that she had nothing to do."

I was screwed from the start..

"Then it's settled, he'll be ready by Friday at 5"

"Okay, thank you Mrs. Park, you have a good day..I'll tell my mother you said hi" Taehyung said bowing then winking at me as he left to the meat section where his mother was...
