urge to cut:
try snapping a rubber band on your wrist. for some reason this REALLY helped me. i self harmed and this helped me stop.
urge to burn:
try holding an icecube for as long as you can. this is also super helpful. when i have a really strong urge i do this. this helps me not burn or cut.
