But even though,
You'll never say what I do,

You should know,
When I think of you,
I think of all the times we fought,
It makes me smile.
'Cause I knew you were still there,
And bothered to even speak to me at all.
You've probably guessed,
I might come to your door in,
Ugly tears,
To say all the things I never said,
Or
Just so there's a chance to see your face.
Just so you know,
That dog we got,
Smog,
A beast of a dog.
He still cries into your slippers.
When I'm old,
In the house haunted with ghosts,
All alone.
I'll sit by the fire,
Just the way you used to,
And cry.
With A cup of tea,
The musky one you loved,
And I hate, but I still drink.
And on that day,
When I'll soon pass,
I'll come to your house of stone in,
Silent tears.
I'll cry,
onto your grave,
And say everything You should
Always know.
I've never stopped loving you.
