🍲Cooking tips🍲

🍜 Have wudhu whilst cooking-a person in wudhu is safe from shaitaan *(devils & evil spirits),* wudhu not only cleanses one externally but it purifies us internally as well by washing our sins off.

🍜 Recite Surah Fatiha and blow over the food. Surah Fatiha is known as "ruqya" *(remedy).* which means it can cure sickness and ward off evil.

🍜 Have the intention of cooking food solely for the pleasure of *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* and not for people's praises n compliments- doing so, the cooking will b counted as ibaadat n one will b getting rewards💓, also, if the ppl don't like the food then u won't feel só bad bcz u made the food to please *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل*... but if they do like the food then u will get both praises from ppl and the reward from *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل*.

🍜 Keep your head & hair covered- not only to save oneself from the embarrassment of having someone pull out a hair from the food but to keep the angels of mercy present too.

🍜 Say *﷽ BISMILLAH* when beginning - *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* will fill the food with barkat & noor. *(Devine Blessings & devine light)*

🍜 Always check the ingredients and be conscious of *halaal & haraam-* the one who consumes a single morsel of haram food, his/her ibadat *(worship)* for *40 days* is not accepted.

🍜 Do lots of dhikr & recite durood while cooking - the love of *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* & *Rasulullah ﷺ* will enter in the hearts of those who eat the food...

🍜...recite the beautiful names of *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* while cooking and it will stop arguments and fights of husband and wife and family or anyone that eats of the food.

🍜 Have the pious people partake of the food- because the pious r the friends of *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* n their duas on your behalf can b readily accepted.

🍜 Do not waste anything, not even a few grains as *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* hates israaf n this causes reduction in the ni'aamat. *(favours)*

🍜 When eating any food that was liked by *Rasulullah ﷺ* e.g dates, meat, thareed, pumpkin, vinegar etc, make niyyat of sunnat n gain the numerous rewards of following sunnat .

🍜 Think of yourself & blessing of *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* n that he is the one who has given u the ability to cook n it is he who puts taste in the food.

🍜 Have your servants partake of the food too.

🍜 Say *اَلْحَمْــــدُﷲ* upon completing as *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* made u the reason of satiating hunger n your ability to do so was from *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل*.... ❣

*Please share with the women of your homes* and with your friends as they are spending a lot of time in cooking. So Make the whole process of Cooking into an Ibadah & gain rewards.
*إِنْ شــآءَﷲ*
May *ﷲ͜عَزَّوَجَــــل* Reward us all with good ....

Sending you a little gift. A little duah that you may or may not know.

*ALLAHUMMA INNI AS' ALUKA AL'AFIYAH*

The SHORTEST BUT POWERFUL PRAYER*

Do you know it ???..

Al-Abbas (R.A.), the uncle of the Prophet (ﷺ), came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said:

“Ya Rasulullah, teach me a du'a.”

The Prophet ( ﷺ) said:
“O my uncle, say:

*ALLAHUMMA INNI AS'ALUKA AL'AFIYAH*

(O Allah, I ask you for afiyah).

Now what is Afiyah?
Afiyah means -

● To be saved from any afflictions, you are in afiyah.

● To be healthy, you are in afiyah.

● To have enough money, you are in afiyah.

● To live, you are in afiyah.

● To have your children protected, you are in afiyah.

●And if you are forgiven and not punished, you are in afiyah.

So basically, Afiyah means:

*“O Allah, protect me from any pain and sufferings.”*

This includes both dun'ya and akhirah.

Al-Abbas (R.A.) thought about this for a while, and then he came back after a few days and said (paraphrased):

“Ya Rasulullah, this du'a seems a little short. I want something big.”

The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“My dear uncle, ask Allah for Afiyah for Wallahi, you cannot be given anything better than afiyah.”

It is a simple du'a.
Sincerely mean what you say while praying.

“O Allah, I ask You to be saved from any:
distress,
grief,
hardship,
harm, and
don't test me, etc.”

All of this is included in
“Allahumma inni as'aluka al'afiyah”
(Riyadh As Saliheen, Sunan At-Tirmidhi).

Make sure to share this to others and tell your friends:

Prophet Muhammed (ﷺ) said :
“Convey from me, even if it is one verse.”
May ALLAH accept all our prayers.
Aameen.....
