[02] More Than Friends?

Get ready for some tea!!

As we walked home, I was still thinking about what I said at the park. Should I've said the truth? No, this was the right choice. Right? I still didn't know what was right, and I probably never will. I need Sadie, right now.

As we stood for the door, I remembered that I didn't have the key. "Oh Yea, I don't have the key." "You could come with me to my house. Everyone is there, so then you can see everyone again." Finn said. You could hear that he was hoping that I would say yes already. "Okay, but I won't stay long."  I said. And that's when it happened.

I couldn't take it anymore. I just had to. I was so happy at that point, so happy fot the very first time in a while. and she looked so kissable. So I did it. I kissed her. It felt so good, especially when she kissed me back. I think we were Lucky that Noah went to a dog (with Millie's promision) to cudle with him, or else he would've interrupted us. We finally pulled away after locking our lips together or a few minutes. I rested my forehead against hers while looking into her beautiful hazel brown eyes. "Shall we go home?" I softly asked her without leaving her eyes. She just nodded, and with that we walked towards Flynn to walk home.

"Stay here. I'll come back in a few minutes." I said to her. I walked inside and saw everyone still talking. But of course when I walked in, everyone stopped talking. "Where have you been?" Caleb asked. "I- I just had to go." I said not knowing what to say. "Uhm, I brought someone with me." I said. "Who?" They all asked. I walked back to Millie and Flynn and told them to come inside. "Millie!?" They all said. "When did you come back?" Gaten asked while walking towards her to hug her. "Today." Millie said while she hugged him back. "I can not believe that your really here!" Caleb said while hugging her too. "Mommy, who are these people?" Flynn asked. "They are some friends." Millie softly to Flynn. "Mommy huh. So you have a kid. Who's the dad?" Gaten asked. "He- he actually doesn't have a dad." She said. "oh, I'm so sorry that I brought it up." Gaten said to her. "It's okay, he's not dead or something so I'm totally fine with it." She said. "Do you want a drink?" I asked her. "Just a water." She said. I walked to the kitchen to get her water but when I got there, I saw someone I didn't except to see.

"So, what happened to his dad?" Caleb asked. "I'll tell you, but only if you promise not to tell anyone. Especially not Finn!" I said to them. "Okay, we promise but just tell us!" Gaten and Caleb both said. Before I started talking, I looked if someone else was listening. Finn was still in the kitchen and Flynn fell asleep on the couch, so I saw this as my opportunity to tell them. "Okay, so Finn is his father." I quickly said. "WHAT?!" They both said. "Keep your voice down! Flynn is sleeping!" I whisper-yelled.  "I'll tell you another time, but Finn can come back anytime and I still don't know if I should tell him." "You should tell him!" Sadie said. "Are you sure?" "Uhm, duhh. It's obviously that you should tell him! He is still head over heals over you and you could see that he really likes Flynn, so why won't you tell him!" She said. "She's right." Caleb said. "Okay, I'll tell him." I said.
"Finn?" I said while walking towards the kitchen. But when I got there, I saw something I didn't want to see. Something I will never forget.

What was Iris doing here? "Iris? What are you doing here?" I asked her. "I came to surprise you!" She said with a little giggle. "Why would you do that? I don't even like you." I said to her. "What do you mean? I'm your girlfriend." She said as she furrowed her brows. I thought about what she just said. She was just manipulating me all this time. She took advantage of the situation. "No. No your not." "What?" She was getting really confused right now. "When you tell a lie too many times, you start believing it. You let me and everyone else believe that we were together. But now it won't work, not anymore." I said to her. No I had Millie again, I saw everything clear now. Now I realized that, I had to make sure that she wouldn't leave me again. "I don't know what your talking about." She said while putting her arms around my neck. And then she kissed me. And that's when I heard it, the gasp. Her gasp. Millie! It's- it's not what—" "its okay Finn, I'm happy for you. Besides, we broke up." She said. Before I could say anything, she ran away with tears treating to fall down. I hate seeing her like that. And what hurts the most was that I was the reason. God I messed up. "Millie!!" I screamed while running after her. "Uhm, where are you going? Don't tell me your going after that slut." She said with a voice filled with disgust. "Don't call her that! She's more then you'll ever be! And yes I'm going after her, so what? It's not like it's any of your business." And with that I tried to run after Millie, but I got stopped by the party. "What happened? Why was she crying? And most importantly, why did she run away?" Sadie asked. "Did you get mad at her of what she told you?" Noah asked. "Woah, woah! Not so many questions at once! And tell me what?" What did she wanted to tell me? "So you don't know yet?" Sadie asked. "No, I have no idea what your talking about." I said. "Then why did she run away?" Caleb asked. Before I could answer that, Iris stood behind me trying to get my attention. "Because of her." I said while stepping aside so that the party could see her. "IRIS?!" They all said. "Now, can someone please kick her out? Then I'll tell you guys the whole story." I said. Noah took Iris with him and kicked her out of my house. "AND NEVER COME BACK!" Noah screamed before closing the door. When he got back, I told everyone the whole story about what just happened.
