Chapter 4 Meet the Munchkins

"um well i actually live in bridgehampton we can meet at the park of central and rosewater at 1, i think it would be neutral place, i'll bring snacks"

"yeah, ok i can meet you there at 1 if my meeting takes longer i'll text you" harry says

"Ok, and Harry i am truly sorry i didn't tell you sooner, i know it was wrong of me and i wanted you to know before you found out from someone else or if you ever saw me"

"thank you for that and i get it i understand why you did it i really do i am not actually mad, i just want a chance to have a relationship with my kids"

"thank you for being understanding" louis says" well i guess i better let you go dont want to keep you from what ever or whoever your doing"

"dont start,Louis, i told you i have not been with anyone since that day i lost you" Harry says

"you dont have to explain anything to me" louis says "have a good night Harry, i'll see you tomorrow"

"lou can you just talk to me i missed your voice" harry says trying to not cry

"i don't think that is a good idea"

"how have you been" harry asks trying his best to keep him on the phone

"i've been busy with the kids and work" Louis says not really wanting to hang up "and you how are you doing with the business"

"its been really good still growing but i think i want to slow down for a while i don't want to get to big"harry says" tell me about them"

"well they are just like you especially benny i swear its like i just shrunk you into him since the day he was born he is all you including that little thing you do when you put your index finger to your mouth and bite it, the first time i saw him doing it i cried and he was confused, Zayn told me i should just have named him after you, which is why he is edward" louis says as he tells harry all about the twins and how they each are so similar and yet so different and harry just listens as he laughs at some of the things the kids says and do

"I'm telling you other than scarlet having my blue eyes they are all you, 29 hours in labor and only scarlet has my blue eyes" louis says" and yes i am still upset about it" he says as he starts to laugh

"geez i guess the style genes are strong" harry says

"yeah they are when scarlet was born i was sure she would be my twin but nope her features changed when she was about 9 months old and well ben he been your twin since he was born, they were such good babies my mom would get mad at me because they slept thru the night as new borns and she said it wasn't fair, i think she still mad about that" louis says "i think they have your calmness but my sassyness attitude and both of our stubborness"

"they are beautiful and perfect I cant wait to meet them" Harry says" Louis you think we can at least be friends"

"um not right now" louis says" but we can at least try to coparent"

"yeah ok i will take what i can get, but louis i swear that i have changed" harry says " have you dated"

"harry, i am not going to talk about that" louis says sternly

"sorry, i have missed you so much and now i cant believe that because of my stupid mistakes i have missed everything about the kids" Harry says as he starts to cry" i am so sorry about everything Louis, i really am"

"look it doesn't matter to me anymore, i just want to focus on the kids" louis says secretly wanting to tell harry he still loves him and wants to try again but he is still scared so he will take Mrs Roberts advice and only focus on the kids
