Matsumi‘s POV
“YOU MONSTER! What did you do to me?!“ I screamed at the man before me, my fists clenched tightly.
Everything around me was nothing but white, save for some shards of glass and the remaining pieces of the mirror floating around. I was practically floating like I‘m in space; no gravity to pull me down. Actually, you can consider it like being underwater as well, seeing as how my black shoulder-length hair scattered and slowly went down when I move my head, but that wasn‘t the point. I could not fully see the man‘s face, but his right side was facing me. “You did this to your- ourselves,“ he told me in a hushed tone. He wore a light blue tee and cyan pants, and his hair was a dark brown. Slowly, he turned his head halfway to face me, revealing his right, pupil-less white eye that seemed to glow brighter than the white void we were in. I simply narrowed my dark brown one in return. “If you didn‘t force yourself...“ he continued.
“Do I have a choice, Herobrine?“ I snarled, feeling the familiar warmth of flames forming around my tightened fists. “I did this to save my friends!”
“Do you think I wanted to be like this?!“ Herobrine shot back, fully facing me. My furious expression immediately dropped to shock the second I met his eyes.
His right eye was a deep indigo.
The flames that formed around my hands immediately disappeared, my fists and loosening. “Half of my powers were tranferred to you,“ he explained bitterly, and and I looked at a large shard of glass to my left, staring at my reflection. “Which means half of who I am is with you.“
I slowly nodded in understanding, my glowing white left eye casting a reflection from the piece of mirror.
