The Next Morning

Scott woke up and he didn't see Malia in bed or in the bathroom, he showered and got dressed for work. He walked into Henry's room, Henry was sitting up playing with his toy smiling. Scott picked him up and walked into Sonny's room. Sonny was up and ready for school.

"I'll make breakfast in a minute" Scott told her

He bathed Henry and dressed him then walked downstairs. He seen Malia and Reign laying on the couch. He put Henry in the high chair and started making breakfast. Sonny walked into the kitchen.

"Daddy am I still allowed to go to my friend's sleepover" Sonny asked

"What did your mom say" Scott questioned

"She said that she had to meet her parents" Sonny answered

"Well then you have to talk to your mom" Scott said handing Sonny her food and sitting down to feed Henry

Malia woke up and walked into the kitchen.

"You made breakfast already" Malia stated

"Yes I did. There is some for you and Reign" Scott said

"Reign has breakfast plans" Malia laughed

"Liam" Scott asked and Malia nodded

She walked over and got herself a plate and sat down.

"Sonny wanted to know if she was allowed to go to her friends sleep over" Scott told Malia

"Stephanie's" Malia asked

"Yes it's her birthday" Sonny smiled

"I talked to her mom, it's gonna the whole weekend but you know last time she tried to stay at Derek's she throw a fit" Malia said

"She was younger then that was almost two years ago and she has stayed with my mom and babysitters" Scott defended

"We can send a phone with her and if she wants she can call and we'll go get her" he suggested

"Fine. I'll pick you up from school then drop you off later" Malia agreed

"I have to go. Come on Sonny" Scott said putting the plates in the sink

He walked over to Malia.

"I'll see you later. Love you" he kissed her

"Bye" Sonny hugged her

Scott and Sonny left, Reign phone rang and she answered it

"What" Reign said sleepily "Fine" she hung up and sat up

She walked into the kitchen and sit down next to Malia who looked sad.

"Whats wrong? Kira?" Reign asked
"No everyone has jobs and I just stay home" Malia sighed

"Get a job" Reign told her

"Did you go to college" Reign wondered

"Yes I'm a registered nurse." Malia answered

"Really I've been here for like two or three years and didn't know that" Reign laughed

"Yeah well I had to quit working because of the hunters but I keep my license renewed" Malia told her

"Okay So then why don't you go to the hospital and see if they are hiring" Reign stated

"I have Henry" Malia commented

"I'll keep Henry for today, I don't work and you can go to the hospital" Reign offered

"Are you sure? You never keep him by yourself?" Malia asked
