THE MEMBER'S CATEGORIES:

1). THE HOOK-UP CATEGORY: This is the category for the people who are interested in hook-ups without any strings attached.

2). THE CHEMISTRY CATEGORY: This category is for people who are looking for a partner with that at first sight/touch spark and wants to build the relationship step-by-step.

3). THE LOVE CATEGORY: This category is for people who have the same interests in everything and are looking for a serious and instant relationships.

4).. THE MATCHABLES: This category is for people who connect to people easily and can be paired with any of the members from the categories mentioned above. They're selected as the instant connection and serious match.

5). THE UNMATCHABLES: This is the category for people who have a hard time connecting with the members of the categories mentioned above. They would be automatically be the members who does the yearly challenges to help them find a partner.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

1). Members of the categories listed above mustn't have a relationship outside meet outside the agency unless they've been paired by the agency.

2). The members must report their progress with their partners to the agency.

3). Each member must not discuss anything that goes on in the agency with non-members. And if they did so, the member must inform the agency about it.

4). Once you've been paired, you're prohibited from seeing another person, be it a member from the agency or a non-member.

5). You mustn't fight with other members, be it your paired partner or not.

6). The use of force over any member, be it your paired partner or not, is forbidden.

7). Once you and your paired partner have gotten to the stage where you're serious with each other, you're to inform the agency immediately.

The Agency has the right to take action legally if the following happens:

1). Once you've registered with the agency,your information would be checked and if we find out that your information is false. Your membership would be immediately terminated.

2). The agency has the right to withdraw the membership if the member fails to be matched with anyone within a year. (It's rare for that to happen).

3). The agency has the right to take legal action against anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the agency.

4). Any member that uses violence or sexually assault another member, either their paired partner or not, would be punished legally.

5). The agency won't be refunding the payment if the membership is terminated before the agreed time, or the member wishes to withdraw, or the person is arrested.
