"It's perfect!"

"Geez, what's taking them so long?" The purple haired boy grumbles.

"Relax dude, they're right there," Maou retorts back to his subordinate.

"Sorry we're late!" Chiho runs up to the three.

"Suzuno was being difficult," Emi blatantly states as she gestures over at the shorter female. Said woman narrows her eyes at the Hero.

The girls were able to settle on a loose fitting bat costume for the former church member. The wings being attached to the sleeves and mid torso.

Emi wore a dark purple and black witch outfit with a matching pointy hat. Which she is currently holding instead of wearing, claiming it makes her head itch.

Maou's outfit was picked out by Ashiya, a werewolf attire with fuzzy ears and paws. And Ashiya's was picked out by Maou, a simple vampire costume. But without the teeth, since he wouldn't have been able to talk with them in.

Urushihara and Chiho stayed with what Aiko previously saw. A mummy and bunny.

"Where is Aiko?" The tall blond simply questions.

"Here!"

Hara jumps at the voice behind him, causing some of the others to chuckle. He turns around to finally see what his beloved was wearing, as she didn't tell him when she tried it on. Claiming it to be a surprise.

"I know it's a bit underwhelming, but it's the only costume I really felt comfortable wearing and not hating what I-"

"It's cute."

"...W-Wha?"

"Hmph," Hara's cheeks blush faintly and he rubs the back of his neck, "I said you look cute, alright?"

Aiko's lips curl upward into a content smile before she leans in and kisses his rosy cheek. Which, in turn, causes them to turn even redder.

"Aw, come on dude, not in front of everyone!" This causes Aiko to laugh. The feathery, white wings on her back rustling somewhat.

"Come on! It's time to have fun!" Chiho exclaims while herding the group into the entrance of her school.

"So why waste money on wings when you can just use your own?" Hara asks Aiko in an almost whisper as they, along with the others, enter the decorated hallways.

"I can always earn more money. My access to Celestial Energy, however, is very limited."

He nods in understanding and agrees. Crossing his arms, he hangs oddly close to the girl beside him.

"You okay?" She asks.

"Social situation here. Not good at them,"

"Ah, right. Well, at least there aren't too many people here. Or else we'd both be uncomfortable. We can leave a little early if you want."

Normally, Hara would automatically say yes. Normally, he wouldn't be here in the first place. The only reason he even contemplated coming, was because of her.

"Is that what ya want?"

"I'm asking if that is what you want?" She punctuates.

Narrowing his eyes at her, he finally responds after a few seconds of thinking.

"Hm. Nah, we'll stay as long as ya like," As he continues walking forward, the silver-haired female halts in her steps, head tilted to the side as she stares at her love's back.
