"Should we all be something different, or should we all have a central theme?" Aiko asks the group.
"It'd probably be easier just to find different costumes than try to match," Maou answers her.
"Fair enough. Come on, Hara, let's find you something," The silver-haired girl grabs the boy's hand and starts to walk away from the others. In the growing distance they could hear Chiho blabbering about something she wants to see Maou wear.
"This is gonna suck ass, ain't it?" Urushihara mumbles.
"Oh come on, don't you think it'll be even just a little bit fun?"
He just shrugs his shoulders.
"Buzzkill..." Aiko murmurs, leaving his side to look at the costumes on the racks in front of her.
"Hey, I'm not a buzzkill,"
"Oh no? Then here..." She shoves a packaged costume into his hands.
"Try this on. The changing room is right over there," She points behind him.
"What even is this?"
"I think it's supposed to be a zombie,"
"You really expect me to try this on?" He whines.
"If you don't I'll have Chiho pick out your outfit for you,"
His eyes widen for a brief second before he shakes his head and starts to quickly make his way over to the changing area.
Aiko could just barely hear the grumbled profanity leaving his lips as he disappears behind the dark door.
Whilst waiting for her love to come back out, Aiko was able to find a couple of costumes she liked for herself, and few more for Hara, if he didn't like the zombie.
Just as she was about to knock on his door, it swings open to reveal said boy dressed in the outfit.
"I don't like it," he blatantly says.
"Yeah, me neither, it looks weird. Here," She hands him the others she found, "Try these ones, hopefully, you'll like one of them. I'll be in the room next to yours so come out when you're done,"
He sighs but nods his head nonetheless.
"Yeah yeah, whatever," he says, walking back into the small room.
Aiko quickly did the same to the one beside him. Closing the door and undressing herself to get into her first ensemble.
It was some kind of pirate outfit, with a really short skirt that Aiko did not like one bit.
As she attempts to pull it down some more, she hears a knock besides her.
"You done yet?" Hara calls out.
"I, think?" She responds, opening the door.
The female watches as Urushihara quickly glances up and down at what she is wearing, an eyebrow raised as he crosses his arms.
"You look like a pirate hooker,"
Aiko facepalms and her face heats up.
"Yeah, I was afraid of that. I hate short skirts..." She glances at herself in the mirror again before commenting to the boy at the door.
"You may be skinny enough to be a skeleton, but that costume looks stupid on you. Try another one,"
"Gee, thanks," He rolls his eyes and starts walking back to his room.
"Hey! You called me a hooker!"
"I said you look like one, not are one, dumbass,"
Growling slightly, Aiko shuts her door and continues onto the next item.
