You and I we're now together
And I want it to be forever.
Cause I love to see it when you love me
Touch me
Hold me
Kiss me
And now I see how much I need you,
I see how much I've missed you.
There isn't much more that I can say
Except that when you said you loved me again
You just melted my heart away.
Cause baby I wished that you would see
How much I need you to love me.
But I just can't seem to understand
How you make me feel so happy but all I seem to do is make you mad.
There's nothing I want more than to make our love work out,
And it makes me flattered how everytime I'm gone, you seem to pout.
I thought I was just as strong by myself
Didn't think I needed a girl to make me complete.
We both thought you were better off by yourself.
But we both know that there's a hole in my heart only you can complete.
And baby now that we're together once more,
I realized that I still might be sore.
Cause love, you broke my heart
You tore it apart.
You threw it away like you couldn't use it anymore.
You left me there to pick up all the pieces of my life
But what's more you gave me time to ponder
About all the pain I caused you, about all the strife.
And you left me there to wonder,
If I changed, if I learned from the mistakes, could I be back in your life?
Then on that wonderful day, only a few nights ago
You answered my questions, answered my wondering.
I told you that I still loved you so...
And you said you'd take me back again.
