I was just sitting at this bar wearing a black dress. I turned around and notice a few tables away a handsome man with icy blue eyes and dark hair is looking at me. He looks at me with such desire that I can't help but smile.

As he was driving me home, he reached inside his glove compartment and handed me a gift box. I asked him what was inside. "I thought you would like it. It isn't much though."
He pulled up to my driveway at that point. I asked him if he wanted to come inside. "As you wish." I showed him around the house to the living room, kitchenette, and upstairs was located. I said hello to my cat who was sitting on the couch watching TV. It looked as if my parents went out. I decided to show Damon upstairs. "No Adina, I don't think we should rush thing!" I rolled my eyes and led him upstairs. To think he was saying that joke to no one but a house cat.
I showed him my bedroom where I kept all my books, stationary equipment, DVDs, VHS tapes, and my old toys around.

I notice that Damon was looking at me a certain why. "Would you say that I rocked your World last night?" I didn't know if he was joking or partially kidding.
"You don't say much when I asked you about that, do you?" I told him I didn't. "Well, its understandable. It's not like everyday that some handsome, dashing, charming, brooding, stylish-" I cut him off and told him to get to the point. "Well, it's not everyday that you meet someone whose a vampire and they just decide to make you be like them."
I thought for a moment of what he said. He brought me closer to the bed and wrapped his arm around my side. "I promise, I will protect you and try my best to take care of you."
