Sammy's POV
I was sitting around the fire next to Michael as he was talking to the others. Michael's arm was around my waist. I looked over to see the guy that I saw in my first class. He was a very good looking guy. He was leaning against the wall and talking to a girl who looked pissed off.
"I'm going to get a drink" I said getting up and Michael nodded. I went to kitchen and grabbed a drink out of the fridge.
"Can I have one?" I heard someone say and I looked up to see the guy I was looking at before. I gave him a drink and closed the fridge. I stood up straight and he looked me up down.
"I'm Noah" He said holding his hand out. I shook his hand and then opened my drink.
"Your name is?" He asked and I looked up at him
"Sam" I said smiling
"Was it just me seeing things or were you staring at me in class this morning?" He asked
"Oh" I said putting my drink down
"The only reason I really cared was because you are gorgeous" Noah said
"Thanks" I said smiling
"I hate parties...do you maybe want to get out of here" Noah said
"Did you just like break up with your girlfriend and you need a rebound"I asked and he looked shocked at what I said
"What?" He asked
"I saw you with that very angry girl" I said
"She's my ex....we dated like three years ago. She just came to the same college as me on purpose" Noah said
"That sucks for you" I said trying to leave the kitchen but he blocked me.
"I want to hang with you" He said and I just laughed
"You owe me that for staring at me in class" He said
"I owe you?" I asked
"Please" He said
"Come with me" I said grabbing another drink and then going outside. I went to sit next to Michael again on the bench. Noah sat down right next to me on the bench.
"Got you this" I said handing the drink to Michael and then looking at Noah.
"Noah Centineo" Michael said
"Michael buddy!!" Noah said giving him a bro hug and then sitting back down.
"You know this gorgeous lady?" Noah asked Michael and Michael's face was not happy after he said that.
"This is Sammy" Michael said looking at Noah
"We are old friends" I said and Michael looked hurt by what I said
"Oh that's cool" Noah said smiling
"Michael" I heard a girl say and Michael looked at her and groaned
"Just go along with it" Michael said looking at Noah and I.
"Hey" He said and she started to jump and came over to us.
"It's been so long. God damn, you are so hot" She said
"Darcy, this is my girlfriend, Sam and her brother, Noah" Michael said and she glared at me.
"Girlfriend?" She asked
"I'm seeing someone" Michael said
"Sure you are" She said glaring at him and leaving.
"What a girl" Noah said
"Do you want to go dance with me?" Noah asked
"I should get going back to my dorm" I said standing up
"The party just started" Michael said
"I bet we will see each other in class" I said to Noah and he looked confused
"Don't leave" Noah said
"Michael, you want to walk me back to my dorm?" I asked
"Um sure" Michael said handing Noah his drink.
"Sam, don't go" Noah said coming after us
"I just don't feel well but I will see you in class" I said and Noah just stopped following us. Michael and I got out of the party.
"What's gotten into you?" He asked
"I just don't want to be there anymore" I said and Michael rolled his eyes.
"When have you been such a party pooper" Michael said
"You used that term wrong" I said as we got to my dorm room door.
"I think you should probably just go to bed. I'm going to get back to the party" Michael said
"Or you could stay here?" I asked
"How much have you had to drink?" He asked laughing and then my phone buzzed, I pulled it out of my pocket to see a text from Theo.
Theo: Stop ignoring me, bitch. You are mine! Just wait till I find where you went.
I put the phone back in my pocket and Michael looked at me. He could totally read what was going on and he grabbed my phone out.
"Michael" I said
"I'll stay with you for a little bit" Michael said
"But no phone" Michael said and I nodded. We got into my room. He got on my bed after he took his shoes off. I jumped in my bed also and cuddled up next to him.
We ended up passing out and the next morning I was awaken by loud talking. I opened my eyes to see Lexi and Luke talking right over us. I rubbed my eyes to still see them there. I sat up and Michael's arms were still wrapped around me.
"Hey" I said
"Did you guys not hear what happened?" Lexi asked and Michael sat up.
"What's going on?" Michael asked
"At the party last night there was a shooting" Luke said
"Luke and I were outside but we heard the gunshots from inside. We got out of there as fast as we could" Lexi said
"Any dead?" Michael asked
"Four" Luke said
"Does anyone know who is was?" I asked
"Everyone was drunk...no one remembers" Lexi said
"I thought you guys weren't safe" Lexi said
"I'm alive" I said and then I heard a knock on the door. I jumped out of bed and went over to it. I opened it to see Noah was standing there. I could feel Michael behind me and the other behind him.
"I got your room number from the front desk" Noah said clearing his throat
"I thought maybe you didn't make it out safe last night....I wanted to check up on you" Noah said
"Thanks" I said
"Do you want to come in?" Lexi asked him
